ISEE – Strategic Management of Business Enterprises – The way we simulate reality 

In March 2024, the Institute for Systemic Economic Engineering (ISEE) conducted workshops on strategic management of business enterprises at Technical University Sofia and Technical University Varna. These sessions provided participants majoring in Industrial Management and Technological Entrepreneurship and Innovation, offering practical insights into achieving effective planning and management strategies. Through hands-on simulations of business scenarios, participants gained experience and formed an understanding of how to perform strategic management.

In May 2024, ISEE conducted a strategic management workshop from May 13 to May 15 at the American University of Kuwait. Participants engaged in comprehensive development of their business ideas. Each participant successfully translated their initial concepts into comprehensive business plans and investment proposals.

This workshop series equipped participants with practical skills as well as empowered them to apply theoretical knowledge in practical cases.
